Fully-certified since 2001after graduating from Columbia University in NYC, I’ve been successfully counseling clients throughout the Dallas area and facilitating their self-growth. If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, my services aim to introduce clarity and self-awareness.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY SESSIONS
Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations. With therapy sessions, over time you’ll learn about acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you. Each session is $150 and insurance is not accepted.

My job is to give you the tools and techniques to achieve a balanced and fulfilling life. I use a psychodynamic approach to help you understand yourself and how you conceptualize others. I enjoy working with young adolescences, adolescences, mothers, and individuals exploring gender identity issue, as well as racial identity issues.
